    You can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Item Condition
    Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  3. Damaged or Wrong Item
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures as proof.

  4. Refund Process
    Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. It may take 10–13 business days.

  5. Exchange Option
    You can exchange your item for a different size or product, subject to availability.

  6. Non-Returnable Items
    Sale items, customized outfits, and accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  8. Shipping Costs

  9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  10. Final Decision Rights
