You can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. - 
Item Condition
Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. - 
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures as proof. - 
Refund Process
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. It may take 10–13 business days. - 
Exchange Option
You can exchange your item for a different size or product, subject to availability. - 
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, customized outfits, and accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable. -

Shipping Costs

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
